Move from pain to performance

do you have a strong foundation?

A few months back Dr. Bob took a trip out to sunny California to learn about a new type of training that is gaining momentum across the USA.  It isn't a high intensity interval training program, but instead a program that focuses on building your core strength, particularly your back muscles.  This training is called Foundation.

what is foundation training?

It is a series of 5-30 minute workouts that are the perfect compliment to any lifestyle; couch potato and triathlete the same.  The exercises focus on correcting muscular imbalances and postural weaknesses that hinder us from performing our best.  At the training, Dr. Bob was in the same room as Olympic athletes and everyone was breathing heavily by the end of the session.

check out this video of dr. eric goodman as he explains more about
foundation training.

back to the original question. do you have a strong foundation?

Do you suffer from chronic back pain?  Do you sit all day?  Do you have sciatica or hip pain?  Do you want to feel stronger, healthier and improve your movement?  If any of these apply, it's time to build a strong foundation.  Contact Healthwise today and learn how we can help.
